I have subscribed your handset claim protection in which my phone is supposed to be covered against accidental and liquid damages but regret to inform you that i have claimed on 12th aug 17 in against of accidental damage and upload all the required data on your website but still no action has been taken from your side and still the status of claim is stuck at stage-01 which is upload your documents. While i have uploaded all the data on the next day of claim.
Once i also have received a call from one assist in which he said that there is some technical error thats why your status is not being updated but no need to worry with in a week our representative will be reached by you for next stage of process but as of now 12 days has past away but i dont have any single updates from your side. I also have raised complaint[protected] &[protected] two times to airtel to resolve my queries but i didn't get any single call from airtel.
Urge you to kindly take a necessary action on this otherwise i literally have to lodge a complaint against airtel for their fake promises.
