Abhisar09's response My offer told that on recharge of rs 19 = you can talk for 28 days @ 30 paise per minute but on recharge of =19 today at 18:21 message starting came benfit @1.4 p for 4 days, on talk i found that only this rate is being charged. is it not a fraud by airtel

Updated by 25nee51 Offering me rs. 617 against the instrument of rs. 1200 . that too in bill adjustment. I have already paid in advance for 6 month. Very unfair

Updated by 25nee51 I received a call from Airtel asking for call recordings. I will provide it to them, but on public forum only not on there mail id. I am thinking, What would have happened if I haven't recorded those calls. Worst ever experience. Totally disappointed.

Updated by 25nee51 Resolution not yet provided. They had offered me a billing adjustment but I have already paid in advance for 6 months as per scheme. Further the amount which is being offered is also very less according to the value of handsets being provided by the Airtel

Updated by 25nee51 Though the company is ready to provide me billing adjustment for handset cost. But they are not ready to take any action against the two person who are responsible for all this. They are saying that it's our internal matter. But its not there internal matter. The one who faced the entire insult, harassment and problem is the customer, so how it could be there internal matter. Is the company so much dependent on these type of people.
