[Resolved] Airtel — Company is neither giving its service nor refunding my money

I applied for a new broadband connection on 23 august 2016, now connection has not been installed nor my amount of rs 1000 has been refunded.
It has been a period of more than one month. I have called this company for more than 10 times to get my money back but they are not willing to refund they just say you will get your money in 7 days and then i did not get my money back
