Airtel — complaint about my internet facility in my postpaid connection

Dear sir/madam,
For the past two weeks my postpaid connection got down and i could not browse or chat using social networks. I have made several complaints but no proper response from airtel customer support team. Recently i ported my number from vodafone to airtel due to the same issue but upon changing my network to airtel it is very clear that no service provider is giving good or proper responses to the customers. Government should take appropriate action against such company
Hoping some help by posting my complaint into this forum.
