I have paid 2828 Rs on[protected] for Airtel broadband connection. They promised to give connection/installation by[protected] Afternoon. But, they didn't give any connection and started billing. Tried to reach Airtel customer care multiple times, they are telling again I have to wait for 24 hrs.
1.How many 24 hrs I have to wait.
2.Why should I have to pay for Airtel if there is no connection itself.
I concluded that the service provided by Airtel is very bad and don't want Airtel services any more.
I am requesting please refund my money as you have not given any broadband connection to me.
