Hi i am srikanth. I have a "moto c plus" mobile for that i thought change my airtel sim size as nano. So i visit the airtel store which located in balapur (Hyderabad). First i pay 50 rupees for new sim and i gave a id proof. They said after 4 hours it will change but it's not change. Again i visit todays they do the same process but not it's change. Till today i am visited 4 times in this office but they should not give clear reply. Their respect to the customer is very very poor. I am very hurt because of their behavior. So airtel head office please confirm your employees are do work correctly. Atleast teach them how to behave with the customers.
