Sir, i required to change my postpaid number to prepaid ([protected]) in the airtel office at krishnapuram colony, madurai-625014 but the customer care authorised person name of (Mr. Selva kumar) make my application form as very delay upto more than 1month... So iam totally disappointed of his this irregular action & i seems to enquire about my application but, he didn't say anything about revelent inspite of he makes sound of quarrel (With using unwanted words) aganist me. Finally i felt bad about his behaviour, so i wish to make complaint about him. And this type of irregular behaviour makes customer bad feel & unsatification against about required airtel company. So please make an action about my requested complaint.
