i have booked a broad band connection before 4 to 5 months back. But till now they haven't provided me any connection. Many a times I have callled a CUSTOMER CARE. But they are also unable to provide me any connection every time they tells me that just wait for 5 days 2 days etc but than also no response is given to me from there site. And they have also taken the 1000 rs check from me and my ID proof.Please do the needful. OR IF You are unable to do so than return my check and id back to me
