I had filled balance on my prepaid airtel number through the my airtel app on 21.2.17 and 22.2.17 and exact time the balance amount was deducted from my account but I didn't receive the balance amount. I had registered a complaint on 23.2.17 and was told that the balance amount would be refunded within 10 days but no such action has happened. This is appalling and I would like immediate action.
