With due respect, i am writing this letter to inform you that our internet connection was poor from many days we are facing trouble as we are having exams and online classes our most of the work is done online and for that, we need a proper internet connection.

I have already made a complaint but no one took any action upon it. I humble request to your office to check our connection. I expect a quick response as satisfying your customers should be your first priority. Thanks
