Updated by Kuldeep.gupta DEAR sir i am Kuldeep Gupta complaint about my Number [protected]. Sir in this number vanity charges are generated without any information to me and i didn't activate vanity plan. This is generated by your billing department thereself. In July month i requested for port because of bad network and internet services. Your executive calls me back and give me cheap plan of 349 with 100 rupees rental discount. My bill comes 12107 in the details of Bill there is vanity charges. I complaint about this many times from 7 july 2018. but my issue doesn't resolve till date. Please solve my issue. And activate my number [protected]

Dear Sir myself Kuldeep Gupta from Ludhiana, Punjab my contact number is [protected] which is now postpaid connection of Airtel. I am using this in Airtel postpaid from 17 July 2017. This ia a normal number. But Company said this is Vanity number and in this month Bill generated as vanity number bill amount 12107 rupees (twelve thousand one hundred seven rupees). this vanity plan is activated by airtel center themselves. I didn't activated this.
Regarding this bill i did complaint many time to Airtel customer care and office but not solve my problem till date
And they close my all outgoing, internet services and massege service from 15th july 2018
So please solve my complaint regarding false bill generated by airtel
