Complaint on huge bill amount of airtel postpaid connection,
As i was using the airtel postpaid connection since last 12 years, my number was [protected], and all was working well, no due, no complaint, however in december 2017, they have raised my bill amount to 830565.49, without any intimation to me that your bill has been exceeded at your credit limit, as my phone bill credit limit was 25000/-,
So here my concern is if my phone credit limit was set to 25000/- then how did they allowed to increase the amount to 830565.49, and why didn't they informed or message to me that your credit limit has been exceeded,
Then why i got the message that your bill has been reached at 830565.49/- then i called to customer care and asked me why my bill has been increased so much, & why didn't u not inform me, then they didn't reply on it,
Adding to the incident i mailed the concern department (Appellate. [protected]@in. Airtel.com) (Nodal. [protected]@in. Airtel.com) ([protected]@in. Airtel.com) on[protected]. But the response in all the loops what i got was there is no outstanding in the bill and you don’t have to pay for the same, later again when i faced the same issues so this time the bill showed me a amount of 827593.21. So again i sent a mail and there they responded me the they are still working for the same and it will get resolved by 72 hours its been more then 10 days but i have not got a single response.
Hence i request to you to sort out this issue.
I have all the proofs. And also attaching the snap shots
This amount is very very big and unimaginable it is very shocking and if something happen to my mental or physical condition airtel will be responsible for that.
