I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to express my deep disappointment and frustration regarding the misleading practices and false promises made by Airtel, a company that prides itself on providing quality service to its customers.
In January, I recharged my Airtel account with INR 666, enticed by the benefits advertised, particularly the access to the Apollo circle 24/7 service. However, upon attempting to redeem these benefits, I was informed by your customer care executive that I needed to redeem them immediately after recharge. This was not mentioned anywhere in the terms and conditions or during the recharge process.
Feeling reassured that this was simply an oversight, I decided to give Airtel another chance and recharged my account again on April 13, 2024, hoping to avail the promised benefits. To my dismay, I was once again unable to redeem the benefits. This time, when I contacted your customer care, I was informed that the Apollo circle 24/7 service can only be redeemed once in a lifetime, a crucial detail that was conveniently omitted from your terms and conditions.
Upon expressing my dissatisfaction and concern to your customer care executive, I was met with a dismissive apology and an assurance that my feedback would be noted. However, the lack of accountability and transparency in addressing this issue only further validates my belief that Airtel is engaging in deceptive practices to extract money from its customers under false pretenses.
Furthermore, my attempts to escalate the matter to a manager were met with evasion tactics, as my calls were routed to an automated IVR system, making it impossible for me to voice my grievances to a higher authority. Subsequent attempts to reach out to your customer care executive have been unsuccessful, as I have been consistently denied access to speak with a representative.
I am attaching a copy of the call recordings for your reference, which clearly document the misleading information provided by your customer care executives.
As a loyal customer who has entrusted Airtel with my business for several years, I am deeply disappointed by the lack of integrity and accountability demonstrated by your company. I urge you to take immediate action to rectify this situation and ensure that such deceptive practices are not perpetuated against other unsuspecting customers.
I expect a prompt response addressing my concerns and a resolution to this matter. Failure to do so will leave me with no choice but to explore alternative options and escalate this issue further through appropriate channels.
