This is to inform you that i have been using the sim card (+91-[protected]) of your esteem company airtel for a very long time. As we all are aware of it that today scenario there is a lot of competition between the companies regarding their scheme and satisfaction of their customer. The bluff done by your company is that i have recharge my mobile with amounting rs 399 on 30th july 2017 and the scheme told to me was that i will be getting 84gb/day and local &std calls are unlimited for 84 days but on 27 august 2017 my balance got deducted by your company. When i have told the local authority regarding this problem they said that they had spoken to the zone office and check the same and as per them the same pack is activate on my number and practically it is not active on number my bal is getting deducted when i turn on my mobile data with airtel. So i request you please look into the matter and oblige me. I hope u must have heard that small drops of water make sea and ocean. You must be thinking at last i will leave your company and move to some other service provider but it will effect your company but not very huge loss but little effect will be there and the day will come it will affect the company a lot, if your company will keep doing like this. I hope you will listen to your customer and oblige him. One think more if the matter is not resolve here then i will compel to complaint about this to trai and the last option is consumer forum but i will fight for my right. Whether it take even years and years if i m honest and its my harden earn money by me i will get the justice.
