Airtel — cross connection from my sim

Hi sir/madam, please help,
The cross connections from my sim has been increased. Whenever i call someone, i'd to have cross connection. Due to which i'd to hear other people talks. So this is my request to airtel, to please resolve this problem at the earliest, otherwise i'll take strict action, against it.
This is my request and please resolve it.
