Airtel — customer care change tariff plan according to lootera airtel dth provider

Dear sir,
In my tv account balance is showing 124 rs, but my tv account is suspended & when i call customer care they said different thing in each hour.

My tv screen showing balance is 124 rs, rather customer care saying that balance is 7 rs, they tariff plan rate different each hour of talk.
One day before they waive off 100rs but not added in account.
