I recently got ported to your company airtel... After receiving call from your customer care.. At that time. They were kind and humble to talk.
On same name we have 3 numbers.. Bill was paid for two numbers.. As we received receipt of those two numbers...
Some 4days back i received call from your customer care number is kajal.. As am busy in the morning.. I asked her.. Is it urgent to talk or we will talk later, she with out intimating the thing, she was goes on explaining the bill amount. I said we will talk later, and the response was so rude that she want to talk right away. When use the number, make clear the bill.. That was really rude.. This is not the way to have word with customer..
Today same girl called and asked for same thing.. I informed her, which number is not paid call that number and inform.. She is asking me the number. And in fraction of second she called me back with same topic...
I got pissed and said let me talk to your manager..
And the manager response is 599key liye mey kya bath karu. Rakho phone..
My concern is if senior was not bothered what customer want to speak, and the teller caller girl is to rude in talking..
They saying they never forced us to port, u can port to whichever network u want. After paying the bill..
