Complaint marked as Resolved Customer care still didn't reply..our set up box was not working so an engineer came to replace it and he took the amount of his service plus the cost of set up box..so the company deducted 200 rupees, the amount of set up box from our previous recharge..when we made several calls to them the said we want proof that engineer took total amount and they asked engineer's name and number..since I dont have his number ...I said to customer care that they appointed engineer so they should know his detail..but they refused and didn't help..after 3 days my father went to engineer house and asked him to tell company..then through this our problem was resolved..the company was not at all answerable and we had a very bad experience ...as today no one has enough time to make 10-12 calls to customer care and then to stay at hold...
Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
