I have an airtel broadband connect for which i have failed to pay the bill for 2 months, as our family has been in an accident. With all the chaos in hand, we have missed paying the bill. For which the connection was removed, on top of that a lady from airtel called us threatened that she will be sending people over to our house and also accused us of cheating, if she had checked our airtel bill records, we have over 6 connections for over 8 years. But this is how they treat their customers. This happened on 23/10/2018 around 10 am. Was this information helpful? |
