It is hugely disappointing that the customer service center of Airtel is absolutely ###! Pardon my language but you people don't have any sense of responsibility. It you can even help your customers then why the hell have you opened a customer service on the first place? I got my number recharged with Rs 500 so that I can activate the 448 or 359 pack from my phone itself. But without any prior information or message on my number, that service is unavailable. When I called the customer service to do the same from my number, they took the matter without any concern that they can't help. In what sense is it a customer service when you wouldn't give any prior information about stopping activation of services or help your customers with it! In that case I have to recharge from a retailer and my 500 rupees gets wasted. Even when I told them that I would I rather change my number because such kind of horrible service and attitude, the customer service employ was hardly took in interest saying that it was my wish! WHEN DID AIRTEL BECOME SO IRRESPONSIBLE TOWARDS THEIR CUSTOMERS? I've never been so pissed off with you people. Really! And please teach some manners to your customer service employers. To be honest Amazon, PAYTM and others have really helpful executives, and yours were the most disrespectful ones I ever contacted with! Was this information helpful? |
