I had rs.120 in my balance account and 500 mb data balance till yesterday night before i went off to sleep...today i switched on my data at 11 am and did not browsed or used my phone since then as i was in my class...just the net was on and ireceived 2 watsapp msgs and 2 mails...and when i stepped out of my class at 1 pm..my balance was rs.0.00..customer care says dat i used heavy amount of data with a speed of 21 mbps...i dint evn touched my phn all dis while...i want my money as well as data balance back
