[Resolved]  Airtel — Data balance deduction by airtel

Dear airtel, i activated night pack of 49 for 1gb 3g data at 12:31 on 20 oct 2016, after activation i used my net pack about 600mb but it reduced from my main data balance, i contacted customer service, but they told me i didn't use net after activation. I don't know how funny it was. After that i asked then told me how my 600 mb had gone, they told that they don't know... It was really funny. Plz return my net balance, you can cut it from night pack.. I am going left it about 600mb from night pack. If you will not return my balance then you will near about to miss your full family old customers... Thank you
