Airtel — data connectivity service problem

My airtel no is : 0-[protected].. I had recharged rs.399 on july 27th for offer of 84 days unlimited free calls and daily 1 gb 4g data. But from 12th night 10 pm i'm not getting data connectivity to my mobile till today, i had called airtel customer care/nodal officer about 10-16 times regarding this issues but the technical team was not able to rectify my data connectivity problem, even they asked me to replace the sim with a new one and i followed it, still the data is not connecting in my 4g set. Even through mail i had lodged a complaint but airtel has failed to rectify this issue. Kindly help me to get my rs.399 from airtel since they are not able to provide me the service for which i paid.
