I have given 'n' number of complaints in twitter regarding the Airtel's service that I am getting since last few months. The customer care call me, ask what problem I am facing and then assure to provide better service, which is not happening at all. Even near the Airtel tower, the signal is weak at times. The 'ping' I get is very high at times. Whenever I need to send an urgent document, the 4G net is slow. Please take some action against the company.
