Airtel — debit for this account is not allowed-airtel money

Address: Kolkata, West Bengal, 700107

I added 1500/- to airtel money wallet, and i tried to pay airtel broadband bill which is 1400 and it say "debit for this account is not allowed". I have attached screenshot in this post, i dont understand the meaning "debit for this account is not allowed" and use of this useless airtel money service. I want my money back. Hi,
I have added Rs 399 is my Airtel Money but unable to do recharge.Error message shows:Debit for this account is not allowed(Recharge Unsuccessful).Please help urgently on this.

I also same problem
I am load RS 105 now during recharge it show debit in this account not allowed. My question if debit not allow why credit
