I am a prepaid customer of Airtel from 2010 from Chennai . Recently I had a bad experience with Airtel as when I was trying to recharge an amount of Rs.201 thru airtel money (remaining balance of airtel money) I was surprisingly got a message that the amount not credited to my main account instead some Internet plan activated .
When I reached customer care i got a responds that its an offer got activated with my number which is a different state plan ...And the plan is for Rs.201 3G activates for 2 days ..which is just absolutely a cheating ...
request a resolution to credit the amount to my account either extend the validity .(Iam using a plan Rs-197 for which 1GB 3G for 28 days )...
looking for a resolution thanks ...
