Sir, i am ankur parasar from up west circle.
I'm using airtel dth services for a long time, and continuously facing issues again and again. Since it's very expensive to change service provider, that's why i am confined to use the same operator.
According to trai orders, i have chosen my package nearly four times through airtel websites and through sms medium after contacting their consumer care representatives. According to trai's new rules my package amount was nearly rupees 300 per month. I have complained about deduction of my account balance (Nearly 140 rupees) that has been deducted in just one day after the last recharge on 1st feb, 2019 without any information about the deductions. I have had nearly three long phone calls with their representatives regarding this issue and they give me the assurity for refund of this deducted amount within 24 hours.
Now today is 19th february, 2019 and my account shows suspended and it shows my monthly rental nearly rupees 2346 per month and my account balance nearly negative 77.
When i try to call them on their customer helpine number they are not connecting to their consumer representatives
Sir you can assume how these private companies cheating us. They should be got punished for what they are doing with us.
First question is that why they haven't activated our new package according to trai's order when we have chosen it four times with various means before 31st january, 2019.
And why we are like their slave, we have to pay for their illegal deeds.
