Airtel — Deduction in Main as well as Net account

I am subscriber of Airtel Prepaid service my mobile no. is [protected]. I recharged with Rs. 175/- 1 GB net pack on 15/4/2015. On 18/4/2015 there was Zero balance in main as well as net account.I immediatly I dialed 121 and got in touch with customer care executive of Airtel she told me due to some techniqual problem my net recharge could not activate therefore amount deducted from my main account and within 24 hours my net account will be credited with 1 gb data usage. I was not satisfied with the answer therefore she transferred the line for her senior executive and i surprised when the senior executive informed me that I used 1 gb data usage on 18/4/2015 at 2.00 . When I asked him could he give me the details of my net use but he denied to give me the details of data usage. There was difference between the information given to me by customer care executives. The airtel has cheated me I will go to Cosumer court against airttel for justice if don't get right feed back from the Airtel. Mr.Pradeep Kamble Address - Lambodhar Sagar Co-op Hsg.
