Airtel — deduction in prepaid balance without any notice.

My prepaid account balance is been deducted without my notice since one week. I recharge my account with sufficient balance but the very next day it shows as balance is nill. I tried to approach the customer care by calling 121 but couldnt speak with the customer care executive. It takes our valuable time to hear to the autogenerated voice. I tried to dial 198 again the Autogenerated voice asked me to dial 121
Please suggest the direct number to lodge the complaints and speak to the customer care executives... Our time is valuable. As the money spent by us is been deducted without our information it is ur responsibility to give valid reason. But by dialing 121 will not give solution to our problem
