Airtel — Deduction of balance without prior information

I'm a consumer of Airtel. They had deducted my money. While I already
renewed my plan 800mb in Rs 200 / = after that on 27th August at noon they cut my balance and answered thau due to excess use of net use o[censored]tmost 75mb. So pls see the matter.
