My phone balance has been deducted of rs 10.00 for activation of service video club on date 27 august 2017 vide txn id n[protected], which was not activated by me. Also the service is activated without my consent and it is been repeated time to time which is harassing by airtel.
So kindly help me so as to recover my phone balance of rs 10.00 of my no. [protected] and also not activation of any kind of service further in future.
