My mobile with sim got stolen, i requested for new sim with same no ([protected]). I have submitted documents to the person who sold the sim at chakradharpur, west singhbhum, jharkhand-833102. I got a new sim card and being told by the person from airtel family that it has the same no.
It is past 1 month that sim is not activated. When i contacted customer care, i have been informed that replacement request is not recieved. When i contacted shopkeeper/ airtel point to whom airtel has authorised to sell sim cards, he told documents are sent last mont itself. But the problem persists with the not activated sim card which i am having as a replacement of my stolen sim card.
I want a reasonable answer for the delay in activating the sim card and the corrective and preventive action taken by the company for this issue. Was this information helpful? |
