I recently purchased Airtel Broadband in Vadodara to ensure smooth service and so I could WFH comfortably.

The installation took 3 days when your executive promised it would be done within 4 hours.
Still I believed in Airtel and went ahead. Post installation I had to raise 2 complaints due to slow network but I didn't make big deal because I've been an Airtel customer for 2 years and I trusted it will be resolved quickly.
Since 25th Sept, 24, Broadband service has been down. Today is 1st Oct, 24. Ticket number - [protected]
Everyday I've called your customer service and they have been giving me round & round answers that issue will be resolved in 24 hours.
They assigned an executive - Akshay Parmar, I spoke to him and he mentioned he is on medical leave for 15 days.
Again I called customer care and they assigned another engineer. Spoke to him - Mohammad Faizan Rathore, he mentioned he is a new joinee and under training for next 20 days.
Again I called cust... id issue has been escalated and if I seek immediate resolution then I should visit my nearest Airtel store.
I get call from Airtel Cares everyday asking if my issue has been resolved, but before I can answer, they disconnect the call.
For past 1 week, your executives have promised that issue will be resolved within 24 hours. It's been 168 hours now!
Which God at Airtel do I pray to get service? Please advise so I can get broadband working again.
Will Airtel offer me any extended Validity or refund for this inconvenience?
Due to this my company has threatened that if I can't get proper broadband service, they will let me go. Will Airtel give me a job if I lose one?
Additionally, I raised issue with your appellate body for West and got same response that issue will be resolved soon. What does soon mean at Airtel?
1 week, 1 month, 1 year, 1lifetime?
Look forward to any response from you, since nobody at your ground level seems to help customer.
