Dear sirs,
I want to bring it to your notice about the arrogant and care free attitude / approach by airtel. I am the customer of airtel with mobile (Data card) no [protected]. Till recently i also had another number [protected] with airtel, which i have ported out due to bad network and no resolution by airtel for over 7 months.
After my port out of [protected] out of airtel, i got calls from their customer care stating there is an outstanding for the interim period use which they wanted me to pay at a airtel store only by cash. I had asked them for the bill for the same, which they refused during first few calls. Later in few calls they agreed for the bill but never sent the same.
In the meanwhile for past one month, my other number used for data ([protected]) was deactivated without any information. But they have raised the bill which has been paid too. When i have raised the issue of no network for [protected], their executive called to inform me that "network disconnection is due to non payment for other number [protected]" for which they did not give the bill till the time of call.
I want to know, as how can airtel disconnect / deactivate a number which is paid regularly for a reason where customer is not at all at fault. This is height of high handedness and put me under mental stress and pain.
I want to know as why should i make the payment of balance, as airtel already taken full month charges for [protected] even during deactivated period.
