[Resolved] Airtel — did not get cash back

Hello,
I have recharged my airtel mobile no. [protected] using airtel payment bank, and as the offers available i am availing 50% cashback (Max. Rs.75) of the recharged amount.

I have done a recharge of rs.100 on 18 november 2017 but until now i did not receive any cashback.

Please provide my benefit.

Updated by Naveen924 Yesterday, i called 198 and talk to the customer care agent.They said there is no offer of cashback but my airtel app shows and according to terms and conditions i am eligible for cash back.
