Sir mera setup box july se work nhi kr rha jiske liye maine 13 july 2016 me airtel customer care pr complaine kiya but aug 1st weak tak koi response na milne k karan maine disconnection k liye 8 aug me complaine kiya airtel ne isme v 1 month ka time lga diya r 16 sep me mera a/c diconnect kiya jo k mere a/c me jo balance h mujhe uska refund chahiye jo 13 july se count hona chahiye kyu k maine 13 july se airtel k koi v service nhi le h but airtel team meri 1 v bat nhi sun rhi h r ye mujhe 16 sep 2016 se refund count kr k de rhe hain jo k justice nhi h. Maine islke liye nodal officer se v bat k but wo v meri bat nhi sun rhe hain.
So requested to please help me and solve my problem because of that i m effected financialy and mentaly and that is too iretateing for me and my faimly.
