Airtel Digital TV — Airtel Digital TV Scam - Activation of Topup without customer approval

Hello, I am sure Airtel is doing very BIG scam in Digital TV. They are keep activating unwanted HD channels for FREE for few days/week and deducting money directly without any alert or customer confirmation. They just randomly call once and inform about the new HD activation and if customer forget they they just keep that channel activated.. even if i don't need that channel or never used.. So my ONLY Question is WHY they are activating the channels without any formal SMS/MAIL/CALL from the customer itself.. who gave them authority to JUST activate the costly channels and enjoy the free money in their account..!!! Doesn't this sounds very ODD and a smell of a BIG SCAM...!! I am sure i am not the only sufferer here and many customers are already suffering from this hidden activation without any knowledge.. Pl talk with them and let me know how I can file RTI against Airtel TV to see what kind of scam they are running under the BIG brand..!! I am sure this is more than Million $ scam and we customers are just paying handsome money to Airtel without knowing it... If me like Techie can be fooled then what about the common man who don't have access to Internet or who don't have time to call the customer care to know their value added channels.. this is big fraud and this has to be fix ASAP to save the customer rights. This is against Customer rights and no one can just deduct money from your account without any formal confirmation from the Customer.. And for your information this issue is not yet resolved.. i am still looking for wrong charges back to my account.. so kindly look into this asap and avoid misleading comments.
No reply from any Airtel executive so far.. When i again called Customer Care they are saying all charges are not illegal and we will not give any refund...

How they can do this kind of SCAM with the customers.. without my written request how they can activate any services which i never used.. and now when you ask them to refund for this illegal deduction they will just deny.. can someone pl help with News channel numbers i want to root of this SCAM.. this has to be resolved for all customers..

they wil not listen my individual complain until or unless we all check our package and complain in group..

Really frustrating..!!
Airtel is having a team in every state who have to meet a given target, say 50, 000 Rs. per month. They will have the list of numbers of people who will see the call history of the persons and based on that they will insert some extra minutes in people's account. Customers in the trust thyat Big companies don't cheat, will pay the amount. One insider in Airtel confirmed this and you won't believe that Airtel is earning few crores every month in this shady way. All we can do is call the customer care and scold another person who has not done any mistake while the team remains secret and safe.

Airtel DTH is far more worst.
Recently, one of my friend said that Airtel activates some HD channels every month to him and deducts the money. Each time he has to call and deactivate them. How about people who don't check their SMS often.

SHAME ON YOU AIRTEL !!!
