[Resolved] Airtel Digital TV — Charged for unwanted pack, not activated by me.

Sir,
I am using airtel digital tv. And few days back i came to know that they had been charging me for " i kids pack " from last march 2016 per month. In any case it was not activated by me . They says that i have given a "MIS CALL " to activate that pack but thats not true and i am not a kid. Please help, Thank you.
