I m an airtel digital tv costumer for more than eight years. Several times i decided to stop the services of the said company becoz of thier poor and non-customer friendly services. I shifted to new a house and requested the company for reinstallation of my connection and upgradation of settop box. Company doesn't bother for customer requests n their time. Company is only interested in making calls for recharge requests which is very much a kind of harrassing. After soo many requests company assigned some mr manish airtel technician for the said job. Mr manish contacted me n the time was fixed for 11am. As thr was no other than me on the house, so i dropped all my appointments n engagements to remain at home. Since 11am he remained making exusus untill 7pm n when again contacted at 7pm, he told me that now i will not come today...
Now i request the company to close my connection. As i will move to another company fr new connection. N also request not to make unnecessary calls otherwise i will sue the said company to court for unnecessary harrassment of customers Was this information helpful? |
