I had visited airtel office at kadvantra (Kochi) kerala in aug 2013 for disconnection view change of location. On contacting customere care number from airtel office in kadvantra it ws told that technical perple will inspect and will call u.
Till 04 days there was no call, i again visted the office and again was told to contact customere care (5555) and was told it was not feasible. I told thenm to disconnect as i have to shift to new location. No response for few days agian i visted and was told to contact customere care.
However i cleared my bill (Airtel account id [protected]) till 03 nov 12 vide e receipt no [protected]. I told them to close my account as this will be my last bill payment, however the response at airtel kadvantra office was very lackasiadl and was told agin to contact customerecare. I couldn't understand the response was so poor .
It is therefore requested that i will not pay any bill after last payment and request your airtell office not to disturb me again and again by remeindingg for non payment of bill as that is not my mistake.
