I have been using Airtel number [protected] from more than 1 year now. Have been paying bills regularly as i was aware about billing cycle. 1st bad thing about Airtel is they call 1000 times for payment follow up through calls, mails and sms. Data services are also very very poor. i Don't understand that why do they have problem in increasing credit limit?
This month, due amount was 2194 which is total of 2 bills out of which i had to pay 1 bill of 889 which i did on 12th of july 2014. I received confirmation msg stating, airtel bill has been processed. On 14th my services got barred and airtel customer care being the worst, you can never reach out to executives as 121 won't get connect and other number [protected] plays irrlevant IVR message. I dropped mail attaching bill payment statement along with reference number but still they did not cared to revert or call me. To be frank i would call it hopeless customer care department. After all struggle i got line activated but again on 15th, i received msg stating pay o/s amount or services will be barred. i mean really, are these people blind to see the attachment of successful payment i did. why they tie up with such companies where as in they don't get update even after 2 days of payment. and on top of all this, when i called up customer care, he was not able to solve the issue so i asked him to connect me to senior or TL but whoever the senior was, she was worst then executives. Even now the problem has not been solved.
i would change the service provider soon but i would definitely like to bring this to airtel that you are just name but services are nothing but zero, big zero. Was this information helpful? |
