If the bill was generated at your end, as advised in your e-mail, WHY did your sales executive did not inform us about this then and there, if in case, we would had been aware of your such hidden bills, we would not have recharged the same.
We are SHOCKED and utterly dissatisfied with the kind of advise and service provided by you which is misleading and we are being called many a times for bill payment in spite of paying money in advance. But we are been treated as if we are not paying bills. This kind of an harassment is not expected out of such a BIG BRAND NAME We are now
forced to send the above details of dissatisfaction to TRAI. We now are NOT inclined to be CUSTOMER of AIRTEL nor do we recommend it to any of our near and dear ones but such an incident has to be reported so that some more customers like us are not put into trouble again.
