I've ordered airtel xstream set top box on[protected] and the same has been installed on[protected]. With this, i can play tv channels and run apps like prime video, netflix, etc.
At that time of purchase, airtel gave me 7 days hd tv channels and today on day 8, they have suspended my account and demanded rs.153 on monthly basis. However, there were only 2 plans rs.360 &rs. 699 respectively on airtel websites.
I complained that i don't want to see the tv channels, i just want to run apps which will be playing with the internet and i am paying separately for wifi.
But they denied so i've requested them to return the set top box and refund back my money but they also denied and forcing me to pay rs.153, monthly.
It's just 7 days product but they refused to take the return.
I have paid rs.2249 and want compensation of rs.2751 now. Total amount rs.5000.
If the matter will close here.in case if hearings arrange by the court then the compensated amount will be increased by rs.2249 by each hearing.
