Sir, several times raised a complaint against services on every airtel dth recharge. I made a payment of rs 100 for 3 months subscription of pogo on16th jan. It's disconnected after one month. Also informed to airtel staff. Still continuing with hopeless service. I am planning to stop unprofessional services from airtel & totally frustrated. It is also happened on dth recharge of rs 828 (For 3 months) made on 29 dec 2016, getting sms to recharge again and again. Kindly help me to get a good service without raising acomplaint or call to customer service every month. Airtel customer service team is not having any coordination between them. Suffering problems on every recharge. Kindly help me to get a permanent solution.
