As per TRAI's new rules for DTH
Channel selection not given by Airtel. I already suffering from that last fifteen days i can't select channels from MyAirtel App and Airtel.in .
I select channels two times from channel number 998 and sent qr code message to airtel. But all-time channel selection changed and show only which system choose automatically.
Customer care representative doesn't support and not give a accurate solutions.
I have already balance approx Rs.12000/-
And I have three set top box in a home.
Airtel has no proper solution for my problems (to create your own pack) for three box.
Airtel compulsory give us Airtel Packs to choose channels pack.
