Problem: no signal errors to almost 100 channels (Many of them are paid subscribed and charges are being deducted in daily basis)
Set-top box dvr with recording and hard drive
Service eng says fault in box and need to replace with new dvr (Charges 750, which agreed). He came with dvr with storage and after installation said it can not be activated and problem remains unresolved.
Complain escalated to 2 time to customer care and 1 time to noddle desk - no response on resolution Was this information helpful? |
