I have been using dth connection of airtel, from. The beginning itself i am facing very poor service and each time was forced to call the customer service team atleast for 3-4 times for a proper feedback. On 8th nov i have requested a location change of my primary connection but the revert form the team was very poor as i was forced to call them again, later they have intimated that my customer i'd has to get split for this service and i will be getting a call back, two days i have waited and no one called me, which gmfirced me to call the service team again and at last they have send a local engineer for fixing new dish, surprisingly he assembled they have assembled vediocon dish instead of airtel and no signal is receiving by my setup box.,.. When asked employee responded very arrogantly and said "this is what i can do, go and do whatever you want". Need urgent attention for this as i am not able to use my set up box since november 7th.. And i am been paying unnecessarily for all these days...
