Airtel DTH Services — refund amount

Address: A 203 Iscon Residency . Patel soc . C G road, Ahmedabad, Gujarat, 380006

I have paid 150 rs. Minimum balance required as per the airtel rules. To select new package on date 12th feb 2019.
I selected my package scanned qr code sent sms. But no reply of activation of my package was receiced. Within 5 days on 17 th feb i received sms that my balance will b over kindly recharge. Within 5 days how come it gets over.?. My latest airtel dth of customer id [protected] — 003 complaint number is 86222582 date 25th feb 2019.
