I had requested to permanently discontinue my airtel broadband services to the customer care on the month of june, even after confirmation I was billed for the month of july, I paid the dues even without any internet connection. Again I made a new request for disconnection on the month of july, i was assured this time that I won't be charged for rental services. But I was billed again on 06/08/22 without using any internet services, i literally have no fiber connection with the company but I am still charged.
I have contacted the customer helpline on multiple occasions and have even sent them multiple emails but all in vain. I can't afford to pay the monthly internet charges every month without any connection, they are robbing me in complete daylight.
Please resolve the issue
