[Resolved]  Airtel — Excess bill sent by company

As per mentioned above U am cuatomer of Airtel postpaid plan from last couple of years.I got rental plan of Rs.150 in that calling and some sort of msgs are free. Also 1Gb internet is free. The issue is in the month of June 2016 I had used almost limit of my Data plan at 25th.I got call from Airtel saLes team in that the ledy tell about new data plan will updated in which 500MB will at 3G4G speed and remaining 500Mb at 2G unlimited with 150 rental additional and no other charges other than this 150. I Said Ok bcuaz 3G speed.After that I got confirmation msg for credit of 500 Mb to my Ac and plan upgrade.Then I restart the Data usasges and use 500Mb Data. As soon as o got msg of complition of limit of Data I closed my Data usaage.Next day I got Msg of ExceS's usage of Data. I suddenly call to Customer care He said The company is Calculatin total 1500Mb data usage and according the msg is send to you it will be rectified in the Nxt bill genaration.But as bill generate it comes according to total 1500Mb data uasage.Again I called to cust care this time this ledy tells me She can Waive approx 2000/- from bill of 3000/- you have to Rs.1000/- I said I havnt use excess data in first 1000Mb and Next 500Mb also why should I pay 1000/- extra. I said you update my data pln then only I used 500Mb I can pay the additional rental of Rs.150 not beyond that and Don't charge me for Whole 1500MB. Again I call them for reg this that I want to pay the bills Plz correct and resend the bills to me.After that Airtel has cut dowm my Outgoing facility and soon Incoming will also.Kindly help me

Hello sir,

i am your customer my mo. no. is [protected] please send the incoming and outgoing call details from 1 jan 2016 to 30 june 2016 my email id my id is "[protected]@gmail.com"
I am not able to talk though phone due to high voice break in our area. my friends also facing the same problem. The area is highly populated area and range is shown full. This issue started just before 2 weeks.
